What I Do
I coach successful and self-driven individuals through difficult periods in their life. When you are stuck, at a crossroads, or faced with a dilemma, it is not straightforward to find someone to speak to frankly about it and from whom to seek credible, unbiased, and helpful counsel. It is even more unlikely for that person to be willing and able to focus all their energy on you for a significant period of time and at regular intervals until you solve the particular problem facing you.
Now imagine you had an advisor, a person you trust, who has no preconceived notions about what you can or cannot achieve, and who wants you to succeed as much as you do. Someone honest and direct, but non-judgmental, who meets you at your level and brings solid life experience to the table as well as established scientific methodology and facts about human cognition and behaviour… That’s where I come in.
I strongly believe that we would all do and feel significantly better if we felt properly supported through the difficult transitions in our lives.
If we work together, I will make sure we have the conversations you need to have to make that breakthrough and radically transform your future. Just read the testimonials my previous clients have kindly written.
I assist clients with a wide variety of challenges such as:
- career progression and maximising your potential
- career change, including into entrepreneurship
- leadership skills
- business development and presentation skills
- navigating office dynamics
- sense of purpose and fulfilment
- energy and self-discipline
- confidence and self-belief
- assertiveness and setting boundaries
- communication skills, including body language and voice work

- finances
Please note that I will always be clear if any area with which you require help falls outside my expertise. I maintain a good network of like-minded professionals in other fields to ensure that if this happens, I can recommend someone to you who would be best placed to address your specific needs.
