My current fees are HKD 50,000 to 200,000 (USD 6,000 to 25,000) depending on the length of the engagement (the average is 3 months). You can expect a unique experience totally customised to your needs that results in a dramatic return on your investment.

I conduct all of the sessions either by Zoom or in person if you are in the Hong Kong area. My client base is international and I often travel to Europe and the East Coast of the United States. Accordingly, in-person meetings may be arranged during those trips.

The initial 2-hour discovery call is on me and will be valuable to you in and of itself. The purpose of this session is:

• To get to know each other and determine whether the fit is right;
• To discuss where you are now, where you would like to be, and ultimately, how I can help you get there.
