How it Works
I use a combination of exercises, proven techniques and personalised strategies to get my clients to move beyond their comfort zone and embrace challenges they might otherwise shy away from. My confidence coaching takes place over a course of intensive one-on-one sessions wherein we work to identify those factors that are generating self-doubt whether they be negative societal conditioning, past experiences or something else.
Here are just some of the issues I cover with my confidence coaching clients:
- Goal setting: Setting realistic goals is crucial if you are to build confidence. Goals act as a beacon you can use to evaluate and, if necessary, modify your actions.
- Reframing your mindset: Self-doubt is a state of mind. Nothing more. I can help you reframe your mindset toward self-belief.
- Improving your body language: How we carry ourselves says a lot about who we are. I’ll help you analyse and modify your body language to project confidence.
