The Goal of Leadership Coaching in Hong Kong
Leadership coaching has a single goal of making the individual a more effective leader. Creating a more effective leader requires addressing a variety of skills and abilities including:
- Enhancing the person’s strategic thinking
- Teaching them how to effectively navigate challenges
- Cultivating more effective communication skills
- Improving their self-awareness
- Enhancing their emotional intelligence
- Improving their listening skills

In addition, I teach my clients how to cultivate their leadership presence. Not everyone has a leadership presence. Some are born with it. Most need to develop it. I can help. I teach my leadership coaching clients how to inspire confidence in their staff simply by the way they carry themselves, especially during personal interactions. It’s an invaluable skill that can pay dividends throughout a career.
