What is Involved in My Motivation Coaching
My motivation coaching is a methodical process that typically unfolds in the following manner:
Learning productivity techniques: Once you know why you want to do something you need tools that will help you effectively manage time and energy so you can make the most of your newfound motivation.
Identifying and clarifying goals: The first step in helping someone harness their internal drive is to help them formulate clear and meaningful – but realistic – goals.
Identifying internal obstacles: I work closely with my clients to identify those beliefs or habits that are preventing them from always being at their best and provide tools for overcoming them.
Discovering the elusive “why”: Perhaps the biggest thing standing in many people’s way is that they don’t understand why they do what they do. Once they discover why this knowledge becomes a powerful motivator they can lean on whenever necessary.
